ESHRAQ is a mixed development project of residential and commercial components, spread over the total land area of 50 acres. ESHRAQ will also feature a hotel and various office towers sporting the latest in technology and amenities.

Once the construction is complete, more than 2,880 units for both commercial and residential use will be available and the project is expected to be able to house an estimated 10,000 residents.
