Eshraq properties have appointed Khatib and Alami to execute a Master Plan for the joint plots and subsequently to design the buildings within the AI Reem development project.

Originally the plots are divided into five large parcels with corresponding buildings counts to be develop.

As part of Eshraq marketing strategy, these plots were further subdivided into smaller parcels maintaining the original built up area of the full development and should not exceed the building height limit.

Khatib and Alami responded to these requirements by introducing Initial strategy for the development of each parcel of the plots.

The intent of this report is to establish initial direction and parameters for the development of the project as required by the client.

It is not intended for this report to give detail analysis on the technical requirements of services and other infrastructure but to establish criteria for design in the subsequent stage.

Building characters are indicative and will be further develop in the next phase of work the images are Illustrative of the probable density, heights and configuration of the whole development.

It is the intent of this report, however, to provide the parameters of the building development in terms of BUA height setbacks and unit configurations.

Develop Master Plan with detailed analysis of services, infrastructure and building facades will be absorbed in Stage" of the project.
